Because the Sales team works in the unique market served by HMC, it offers a perspective completely different from that found in other sales vacancies. As well as the acquisition of orders and contracts, Sales is also responsible for maintaining our relationships with clients and stakeholders. Business Planning & Development looks at market trends and developments, whilst contact with clients and HMC’s positioning in respect of upcoming tenders is in the hands of Business Development. Meanwhile, the Tenders & Contracts team compiles proposals and negotiates them with clients.
