About the Job

During your watch you are responsible for the safe, efficient and effective execution of assigned repair and maintenance duties and operational tasks. You detect and report malfunctioning of systems, circuits as well as equipment, initiate a Permit to Work if required and prepare relevant  Job Safety Assessments. Furthermore you fabricate parts, execute or assist in operational tasks, participate in drills, musters and  training exercises. As a last you work according to instructions and ensure a proper job and shift handover.   


Beside a completed technical vocational (MBO 4) degree you have about 4 to 8 years’ of relevant working experience in repair and maintenance. You are a certified and qualified welder, capable to understand and read mechanical / constructional drawings,  experienced with operating mechanical workshop machines and special tools. Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
